I am, Dorothy “Sissy” M. Byrd and I am the best candidate for City Council District 4 Representative. Due to coronavirus 19, I am reaching out to the residences of the Northeast by letters, emails, text, and phone calls. We need for all our citizens to be safe so that our numbers will go down, so we can start our new normal. I hope that you understand and know that I am waiting to meet and serve you. I am devoted to the people of the Northeast and El Paso. After years of living and the experiences of volunteering in El Paso and the surrounding communities I have strived to make positive changes in the lives of women, families, seniors, and young people. My intense dedication, passion, and devotion is what fuels my fight for what is right, changes for veterans, help the homeless, make positive progress for accessibility for the disabled and to continue growth of the Northeast and El Paso. I will tackle the problems and fight to make changes for the betterment for the Northeast and all El Paso. Please join my team now to help me to break the ceiling by giving me a seat at the table of City Council. Please help by donating your time and/or monetary support to my campaign.
